1、 Overview:
Air flotation separation technology is an effective method for removing small suspended solids with a density close to water in water supply and drainage treatment processes. Multiphase miscible air flotation, as a new type of air flotation equipment, can more conveniently remove oils, colloids, and suspended solids from industrial and urban wastewater, making it an excellent wastewater treatment technology.

5、 Working principle
The performance of multiphase miscible air flotation mainly depends on the gas content in the multiphase miscible liquid. When the pump sucks in liquid, a certain negative pressure is formed at the pump port end, and air is sucked in together with the liquid through the suction hole. After being sheared by the high-speed rotary cutting pump impeller, the gas dissolves in the liquid. By adjusting the operating conditions and the mixing ratio of gas and liquid, highly dispersed microbubbles can be obtained or meet the requirements of high gas carrying capacity. Depending on the specifications and models of the pump, the gas content in the liquid can reach up to 30%. When these saturated (or even supersaturated) dissolved gases enter the dissolved gas tank and stabilize for a certain period of time, they are instantly depressurized by the release device to release highly dense, small bubbles with an average diameter of less than 30 μ m.
Afterwards, the flocculated sewage enters the air flotation tank and mixes with these microbubbles. The microbubbles will attach to the suspended solids and bring them to the water surface. After reaching the water surface, the suspended solids are supported by these bubbles to maintain their position on the water surface, and the surface formed floating slag is scraped into the floating slag tank by a scraper.
